But let’s be real, it can also be exhausting and overwhelming, especially for primary caregivers. Whether you’re a parent, nanny, or grandparent, having the right tools and knowledge can make all the difference in navigating this special (and sometimes chaotic) time.

That’s why I’m beyond excited to share something truly special with you.

For the past three years, I’ve had the privilege of knowing Sisana, the founder of The Empowered Nanny. From the moment we met, we connected over our shared passion for baby sleep and child development. She has been a constant source of encouragement as I built my own business, always pushing me with new ideas and unwavering support. At the same time, I’ve watched her grow—raising my children with love and care, continuously studying and learning, and building her own incredible brand. She has an incredible gift, and now she’s ready to share it with the world.

Very soon, we’ll be launching an exciting new product—the brainchild of Sisana herself. This is something created for caregivers, by a caregiver—someone who truly understands what’s needed to make life easier when looking after little ones.
