Shipping Policy – Biggie Smalls

We know you’re excited to receive your order, and we aim to get it to you as quickly and safely as possible. Here’s everything you need to know:

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Customised apparel takes 10–14 business days to produce before dispatch.

  • If you need a customised order urgently, please email us at sarah@biggiesmalls.co.za or message us on Instagram @biggiesmallsza to check if we can assist.

Shipping Within South Africa

  • We deliver nationwide via reliable courier partners.

  • Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days from dispatch.

  • A tracking number will be emailed once your parcel has been shipped.

Shipping Rates

  • Gauteng: Flat rate shipping fee

  • Rest of South Africa: Flat rate shipping fee

  • FREE shipping on all orders of R1000 or more

Shipping is not calculated by weight—just a simple rate based on your location.

Local Collection – Bryanston

We offer collection in Bryanston by arrangement.
Please email sarah@biggiesmalls.co.za to schedule your pickup.

Pre-Orders

If your order includes a pre-order item (such as baby sleep sacks), we’ll ship your full order once all items are ready.
Estimated arrival times are listed on the product page.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to load-shedding, weather, or courier issues.

Incorrect Address or Missed Delivery

Make sure your shipping address is correct.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.
