Refunds & Exchanges

We hope you love your Biggie Smalls purchase. If you need to request a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

All return and exchange requests must be approved before items are sent back. To start the process, email sarah@biggiesmalls.co.za. Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Returns & Refunds

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to 7 business days for processing.

Refunds are only issued with an official bank letter showing the full name and surname matching the original order.


Exchanges

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping and shipping costs for the replacement item

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

Once the returned item is received and approved, please allow up to 7 business days for exchange processing. Replacement items will be shipped once applicable shipping fees are paid.
