Shipping FAQs

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on orders over R900 to main and local areas within South Africa. Shipping to outlying regional areas is calculated at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, but please contact sarah@biggiesmalls.co.za before placing an international order.

How long does dispatch take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 working days.

Can dispatch be delayed?
Yes. Dispatch may take longer during peak periods or when we are closed. Any closures or delays will always be clearly communicated on our website.

Will I receive tracking details?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

What if I enter the wrong delivery address?
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Biggie Smalls is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Any extra delivery fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
